Products

How are your products made?

All products are made in the USA.

The books and poster have come from many many hours of research, scouting, and are fully designed by Avery.

Passport books are printed with our partner, Scout Books, based in Portland, Oregon. Passport posters are printed with our partner, Short Run Posters, based in Nashville, Tennessee. Scratch offs are assembled post-printing by Avery.

Tote bags are screen printed by Avery in San Francisco. The smaller passport books are printed and assembled by Avery.

What materials are used?

Passport books:

- Covers are 18pt Chipboard that contains 85% post-consumer recycled content
- Pagers are 100% recycled papers sourced from American mills
- Offset printed using vegetable-based inks
- Made in the USA

Passport posters:

- Posters are printed on 80# coated acid free coverstock with 1.5 mil glossy lamination
- Toner based process printing
- Made in the USA

Tote bags:

- Tote bags are heavy canvas with web handles
- Screen printed with non-phthalate plastisol ink
- Made in the USA

Why isn't my favorite playground in the book/poster?

San Francisco has over 220 parks and 170 playgrounds. With the passport limited to 32 pages, there's simply not enough space to include every park. But just like a U.S. passport, you can add extension pages so you can track your visits to ALL SF parks. Check out these printable passport additional pages to get printable passport extension pages

How did you decide which parks to include?

I start with the "must-see" city parks that any parent that's lived there for many years would recommend. I then filled in the rest of the passport with great parks that are a little more unknown in every part of the city to lead to full fledged exploration.

Do you ship overseas?

At this time we ship only within the United States. If you are overseas and trying to get ahold of our products please reach out via the contact form below and we will see what we can do to help you!

What shipping carriers do you use?

We currently ship all products using USPS. If you are trying to ship to an address that is not recognized by USPS, reach out directly and we'll see how we can help!

Can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and need to return an order, we're happy to help.

What is the return policy?

Cancellations are accepted up until the item is marked as shipped. Returns are accepted with shipping cost paid by buyer up to 30 days after sell.

What are the store hours?

For emails or any other information:

- Monday through Friday from 9am - 6pm (PST)

- Closed on weekends and US holidays 

Questions about orders placed on Weekends and Holidays, the turn around time starts on the next business day.
